Staying at the hotel was a comfortable and pleasant experience overall. The rooms were supplied well, clean, and comfortable, but my room wasn't ready at the check-in time. The service was outstanding with friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and beautiful pool, hot tub, and beach spot. The location was convenient for various activities, but the added 'Resort Fee' was a bit off-putting. The dining experience offered great food but lacked some variety. Despite some minor drawbacks, my stay was enjoyable.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were supplied well, very clean, and comfortable. However, my room wasn't ready at 4 pm, which was my check-in time. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Pier, Aquarium, and restaurants.
I absolutely adored my stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed our balcony, although it wasn't ready by 4 p.m. as expected. While some services fell short, the staff made up for it with their excellent attitude and customer service.
